pre sale question: jalali (persian) date time for helpdesk pro

hi
i want use help desk pro in persian joomla website. default joomla time picker in article support jalali (persian or shamsi) date time when you switch to persian language.it seems Help desk pro not supported jalali date format. am i right? is there anyway to implement that in help desk pro?
i'm a php developer and if you say me where need to modify i can change that.

Helpdesk Pro uses Joomla core calendar API, so if you see it works with Joomla articles, it will work with Helpdesk Pro
