Hi TUan,

a public ticket was created by a client. when the manager replies or commented to the ticket, a client received an email notification that a manager replies to the ticket. at the message body of email, there is a link option that "You can also click here to view the ticket without having to login". but when i click the hyperlink it redirects to the login page.

That will only works if you set Allow Public Users submit ticket config option in Helpdesk Pro to Yes

Please make that change, then try again and let us know if you need more help

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to submit ticket form

I will try to check to see what's wrong with the link and find a solution
