Admin user role assignment was created by BERNARD P ALCALA
On ticket details page, Administrator/Manage can also update the ticket, including:

Change Category
Change Ticket Status
Change Ticket Priority
Apply Label To Ticket
Convert the ticket to a knowledge base article

how will i assign admin user role to a registered user. i already changed user role in joomla backend. but only super user can view details page above.
