Change Owner of Ticket was created by Howard White

Occasionally, staff will enter tickets on clients' behalf. Is there a way to reassign ownership (change submitter) of a ticket that does not involve going into the database?

Hello Howard

At the moment, it's not possible to change it. We will develop a plugin to allow changing it in the next release
