Hello,
i dont see how i can use the pre-defined replies.
I have create a test message in pre-defined replies, but when i open a ticket and try to answer, i did not see the possibility to select a pre-defined replie...

Go to Extensions -> Plugins, enable Helpdesk Pro - Pre-reply messages plugin

Then try again. The option should be available
