Ticket status default display

Hello,
i have a little problem.
When i go in admin and show the tickets, even if the filter is on "Tickets status" only the new tickets are showing.
So i have to select "All" to show all tickets.

Is there a bug ?

Hello

No, it's not a bugs. It's how the extension is designed to work. When the ticket status dropdown set to Ticket Status, the system will show tickets which you have to work on:

- Pending Tickets
- New Tickets

For Tickets which is require feedback from users, we won't show it. If you want to show these tickets, you will have to select ALL

So no bug here
