That text was hardcoded inside a js file. I just updated code to allow translating it

Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site. After that, you can access to Helpdesk Pro -> Translation, find the language item HDP_DROP_FILES_TO_UPLOAD and translate it to meet your need
