How see and count hours of assistence

I need to associate to every ticket an "elaboration/work time" (during or at the end of ticket) and easy see the total in front/end and/or back/end.
I thinked to use a custom field "time" but how can see it easily in tickets lists?

I don't think use custom field will work for this requirement:

- Custom fields data for ticket can only be entered when ticket is submitted

- There is no option for showing custom fields in Tickets List at the moment

For showing custom fields in Ticket Lists, I can try to support it in next release. But for your requirement, I don't see an easy way to handle it yet

In the next version it will be fine if you can add in configuration the possibility to choose at least a single custom field to add in the views.

That could be a setting in the custom field itself. Will work on it and hopefully, get it supported in the next release
