Picture attacments show as numbers was created by Cosmin Circu
Hi there

On my website, the picture attachments of the tickets show as numbers when trying to view them. Any idea why this happens?

Hi Cosmin

Might be something with server somehow. Does it happen with every picture? Or i just happens with that picture only? Could you please try to upload a small picture, then check to see whether it works?

My web host says they have not seen this error before and the error logs are clear. Do you have any server setting in mind that might cause this?

Honestly, I have no idea. Could you please try to upload a smaller extension (a really small one), then check to see whether that issue still happens?

They are all pictures under 100KB each. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox for Windows 10 with the same behaviour.

Honestly, I am unsure why it happens. Maybe you can help submitting a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it?
