Dear customers
Today, I am happy to release new version 3.3.0 of Helpdesk Pro with the following improvements:
1. Add tool to allow custom fields search and sortable
If you create custom fields in Helpdesk Pro to collect more information about tickets, you can now make it possible to search for tickets base on data of these fields and also sort for tickets base on data of these fields on Tickets Management screen (both from frontend and backend). Just login to administrator area of your site and access to this URL:
domain.com/administrator/index.php?optio...field_id=ID_OF_FIELD )
(Of course domain.com/ must be replaced with url of your site and ID_OF_FIELD is ID of the custom field which you want to become search and sortable)
2. Add support for more email types
You can now choose to end emails when an action happens in Helpdesk Pro
- Send email to customer when admin/manager/staff changes ticket status
- Send email to customer when admin/manager/staff close ticket
- Send email to admin/manager/staff when customer changes ticket status
- Send email to admin/manager/staff when customer close ticket
- Send email to customer when ticket is assigned to staff
3. Add more settings to menu items
- You can now choose Default Category and Page Heading when setup menu item to allow users to submit ticket
- You can now choose page heading when create a menu item to tickets management page
4. Hide Priority and Status columns if needed
The system will now hide status and priority column when you unpublish all statuses/priorities. So if you don't need these columns, just unpublish the items.
Please update your site to this updated version to use these nice improvements
Regards,
Tuan
