Few questions

I installed latest version in latest joomla so I have few questions:

Our website is in many languages, but helpdesk pro needs to be in only one.
1. Is it possible to disable Helpdesk pro integrated translation feature?
I would like that all phrases are shown in default language when any language is selected in frontend.
Currently to achieve this I need to copy paste ton of field titles in many languages.

2. Is it possible to divide custom fields in blocks, so that each block has own upload buttons?
Atm there is only one upload at bottom, and we cannot create upload field.

3. Is it possible to disable required status for message at bottom?

4. Is it possible to change upload files path?
Also to make it so that each user uploads in its own folder
images/helperprofiles/userid/somefilename.xx

1. No, it's not possible. So Yes, you will have to copy the translations to all used languages

3. Not sure what's the status you are talking about? Could you send me a screenshot?

4. No, it could not be changed. If you want to changed it, code customization will be needed, so for now, I think you should leave it as how it's
