Edit comment doesen't works in a different template was created by Alessandro Cristi
Hallo,
I'm using helix framework for template.
In the ticket page when I try to edit a comment, in the Browser Console I have this error:
"Error: null not found. Have you included corresponding js file?"
With default beez3 template it works.
How can I fix it?
Many thank's

Hello Alessandro
From what I see, helix framework uses twitter bootstrap 4, while the editing library which we are using only compatible with twitter bootstrap 2, I guess that's the reason causing this error
Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page. I will see if I can find a solution to solve this problem
