My subscription ran out and my ticket submission page turned solid yellow. I purchased a new subscription, installed it, updated the download id and my ticket submission page still does not load. Please help ASAP!!1

Hello Tom

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to the submit ticket page so that we can check?

Also, I want to make it clear that even your subscription runs out, the page should still work fine. So the issue must cause by something else, not cause by your subscription expired
