Hi,
Is there a way where the form that is embedded into our site can be seen in two languages. I installed French Canadian as a language on Joomla, I also input translations into the settings on Helpdesk Pro.
What would be my next steps, would I duplicate the form but as a French Canadian version that would have to be on another link, or would I implement a dropdown that toggles the language.
The end result is that I need one form to be english, I'd have another link that goes to the same form but in French Canadian.
I would want both forms to go in to the same admin bit where I reply and close tickets.
I would be thankful for any help.
Kind Regards
Mitchell

Hi Mitchell
To allow users to switching the language, I think you will have to publish and use Joomla Language Switcher module
Users can then switch language from that module (hope I am correct that your site is a multilingual website)
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Is the Joomla Language Switcher already in Joomla 3.8.
Is it definitely what I need.
