after an admin answer (submit a comment) to a ticket from the fron end, that ticket is no longer visible in the admin's ticket list, and it comes back only after the user submit a comment of it's own.
is there a way to show all tickets in the admin view, no matter what their status is?

update: i have now seen the closed tickets are not shown, not in the admin's or in the user's view.
how can i make them visible?
it's very important that users can see their past tickets.
