Ticket Status has to have a selection

Ticket Status has to have a selection was created by Brian Lisle
Hi Tuan!
I noticed that both on the front and back end when looking at tickets that the drop down for Ticket Status has to have a selection, such as "All" before it shows any tickets. If you leave it at the label "Ticket Status" it won't show any tickets.

Also, if a user is logged in, can it auto fill the name and email?
