Today, we released new version 3.2.0 of Helpdesk Pro with some small bugs fixes and improvements:
1. Support translating knowledge base item
It was not working before. The form allow you to translate title and text of knowledge base article but it was not saved.
2. Support direct link to a comment. This is useful when you want to send link to a comment of a ticket (in case ticket has multiple comments)
3. Fixed some javascript bugs causing some features don't work properly:
- Edit/delete comment from backend (if you are not login in in frontend)
- Apply label doesn't work
Please update your site to this updated version of the extension so that you can have most stable version running on your site
