Is it possible (I did not find away) to have the predifined answers working in a way so that admin/staff have their own predifined answers and users will have their own answers.
As it is for now all the predifined answers will show for every one (e.g admin/staff and users).
I would like to have one set of predifined answers for admins and
another ones for users.

If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.
