Enable HelpDesk for non logged in user

Hi
In backend, under configuration, I have the option for non logged in user to submit ticket set to YES.
But still, in frontend, user must log in before they can submit a ticket.

Is there another setting that needs to be enabled in the configuration?

If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.

Hi Stephen

Might be something wrong with the setting (For example, menu item access level)

You can submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site to see why it works like that and get it sorted

You were correct.
After checking, I had wrong menu item type.
Everything is working OK now
