Hi
I'm just testing this on my website.
From all other components email is sent (e.g Joomla, OSP, Forum) but not from helpdesk pro.
I've tested with super user account and from registred account non gets email.
Manager of categories does not get any emails.
Emails is not sent to the email address set in components configuration.
You have any ideas why this is happening?
I have Joomla 3.8.0 onstalled.
PHP 7.x

I believe it is just something wrong with the mail settings somehow. Please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to submit ticket form
I will try to check it myself to see why the issue happens and get it corrected

This is solved.
I had put the wrong email in the config option.
Missread the option. So it was my fault.

Just want to add that if someone has issue like that in the future, maybe go to Helpesk Pro -> Configuration, empty the value you entered into From Name and From Email settings of the extension (so that From Name and From Email in Global configuration will be used) and it should be OK
