Registered users have access to predefined answers

When a user sends in a ticket and he looks to his tickets, he can see all the predefined answers.

Or is the menuitem 'mytickets' not meant for users?

Hi Joeri

Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin Helpdesk Pro - Pre-reply messages , click on it to edit, set Access to Special

Then registered users won't be able to see and use this pre-defined messages
