Routing ticket to correct support person

Hi.
We have few departments that can benefit from Helpdesk Pro. But incoming request/tickets need to be routed to correct person in the department; instead of all requests/tickets just going to all.
Is there a way email can be specifically routed according to the category on the ticket.

Hi Mac

Yes. It is possible. For each category, there is a setting called Managers. You can enter username of the users you want to manage tickets from that category into that field (multiple users is possible. just separate username by comma character)

By doing that, when users submit ticket to that category, the manager of that category will receive notification
