Create/update ticket using email was created by Scott Marsh
I am thinking of moving from OSTicket.
One of the features it has that is useful for me is the ability to pipe email into the program.
An email to support@mydomain.com will result in a ticket being created and notifications being sent.
Replies via email are appended to the ticket.
Is this function supported in HelpDesk Pro?

Hello Scott

Unfortunately, it is not supported. And honestly, we won't have support for it in any near future. So if you need that feature, you will need to find a different extension to use
