Hello,
My Joomla website works only for LOGGED in users. Can we please DISABLE the two requrring fields at the NEW Ticket registration? The Name and Email?

Because the Joomla system ALREADY knows the user.

Thanks in advance.

Hello

It is actually, not required for normal end users. I guess you are using a super admin account and that's why the fields are available

The idea is that it allows admin/mangers to submit a support ticket on behalf of clients.

With that said, try to login using a registered account, you will see that it works fine

You are saying that Registered users still have to enter name and email while submitting support ticket?

If so, it is wrong. We will check and tell you the reason once we received your support ticket
