Today, we released next version of Helpdesk Pro, version 3.1.0. This version contains the following improvements:
1. Added support for Joomla update. After updating to this version, you can access to
www.joomdonation.com/download-ids.html
, get Download ID of your account, enter it to Download ID config option of Helpdesk Pro. From now on, each time there is a new version of Helpdesk Pro released, you will be notified by Joomla and can update to latest version from within backend of your site
2. Added some short code to allow inserting BBCODE into the messages/comments easier. You just need to select the text you want to insert BB Code and:
- Press Ctrl + b will insert BB CODE to make the textbold
- Press Ctrl + q will insert BB Code to quote the text
- Press Ctrl + i will insert BB Code to make the text become italic
- Press Ctrl + p will insert BB code to hightlight the text as PHP code
- Press Ctrl + j will insert BB code to hightlight the text as Javascript code
- Press Ctrl + h will insert BB code to hightlight the text as HTML code
3. Add System - Auto close ticket plugin which allow closing tickets if there is not activities in that ticket within certain number of days
4. Add CB Plugin to display tickets history of the user in his CB profile
5. Improve the routing code, make the links to tickets list, ticket detail nicer
Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site if you want to use these nice improvements
