Hi Denis
Yes. It is possible. Just go to Helpdesk Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Use HTML editor, set it to Yes and HTML editor will be used

Hi,
is it possible to change the "edit comment"-editor, too? When I write a comment to a ticket and want to change one word in my text later, it messes with all the formatting and gives out a long string of unformatted text. It also removes a lot of characters like : , ; .

Sorry David, that's not possible at the moment. We use a javascript inlide editing library at the moment and it can only work with simple textarea, HTML edtior is not supported
