error Could not instantiate mail function. was created by maarten
did a php test mail from the joomla config, all works fine, the mail is received. but when adding a new ticket this error shows up.

Could not instantiate mail function.

how to fix this??

I don't know why the issue happens. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site? We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
