HelpDesk Pro does not send any email was created by rafael
I made all the settings in joomla it sends emails usually the helpdesk pro not send any email.
What should I do?

I am having the same proble. Helpdesk pro will not send emails to me, tech or customer

I think there might be something wrong with your setting. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site?
We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Please go to joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html , submit a support ticket. Please never post your super admin account on a public like that. Please change super admin account immediately and send me the new account

Tuan, was this ever resolved because I bought Helpdesk pro yesterday (11 April 2017) and cannot get it to send notification emails.I followed the setup instructions. It seems to send a mail to the originator of the form.Other plugins have no problems.

Usually, the issue causes by wrong setting or problem with mail server. We are using Helpdesk Pro daily to support our customers (with many support tickets), and it works well, so not a problem with the code
With that said, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to submit support ticket form. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

OK Ian. If you could not figure it out, just submit a support ticket and our support staff will check it
First thing you should check is make sure email works properly on your site by adding a new user account manually from backend of your site and make sure that user receives notification email
