Pre-filled some informations

I would like to know if its possible to prefilled Name, email and subject of th form subhmit by user?
Example: Name and email, both retieved from the user account and subject based on category selection, and these three not editable

Hi Sebastien

Actually, when you are logged in, the system won't ask for name and email. So unless I mis-understand your requirement, I don't think it need to be pre-filled
