"View ticket" - template/colour fail was created by Bayern-Furs e.V.
Dear support team,

I successfully included the "Helpdesk Pro"-System into our event-homepage.
Everything fits in smoothly, but the coloration on the "view ticket" just does not want to work for me.

I attached a screenshot to this post to show what I mean. What variables have to be changed to get all the backgrounds to a dark grey and make the headline visible?

Another problem detected:
The red "required" star does not appear when you choose "textbox" as "field type"

Can I include the username to the frontend-ticket-list as well?
