I'm very happy that I found your extension and I bought it right away. But I miss a very important feature: Creating tickets out of emails.
Someone could send an email to a mailbox, Helpdesk Pro checks this mailbox and creates a ticket for each mail in it. The tickets are created with a predefined category and priority.
This feature would complete Helpdesk Pro.
Could you program it? THX!
