Today, we released the next version of Helpdesk Pro - version 1.4.0. This is a security release so please download this latest version, upgrade it to your site. Beside fixing security issues, we also added some new nice features:
1. Ticket messages/comments can now be edited/deleted by manager / customer. This is useful in case you added some wrong information to the ticket and want to change it or when you want to update the comment to include more information.
2. We added reporting feature to allow you see ticket report by managers, by staffs or by ticket categories.
3. Implemented Joomla core re-captcha to protect the system better from being spammed by spam bots.
4. Added some server side validation to make the system more secure.
As this is a security release, everyone is allowed to download latest version from My Downloads section and upgrade it to your site even if your subscription is expired (in two weeks from today) - normally, you can only download the extension if your subscription is still active.
