Assign ticket to staff in front end possible?

I would like to give to the manager the ability to assign a ticket from the front end. Is that possible? What settings does it requires?

Unfortunately, right now, Membership Pro only allow assign ticket to staffs from backend, not from frontend. We will try to add support for it in the extension ASAP. But I think it will take us about 4 weeks from today to add support for it
