hi, i'd like take also this component to provide ticketing system to my customers. is it completed and tested? i'd like see the demo but there's an error helpdeskpro.joomdonation.org/ could you fix?

is it the same system i use for ticket in your web site? tx

I am really sorry. My collegue deleted the demo site by mistake. At that time, I was too busy and could not re-setup it. I just have it ready today (a new demo site). You can visit it at joomdonationdemo.com/helpdeskpro/
