Re-open ticket and answering ticket by email.

Hi
Two questions.
#1 - Is it possible to re-open a closed ticket (user or/and admin)?
#2 - Is it possible to answer a ticket through the email, instead of loging in to helpdesk (user or/and admin)?

If this is not possible to do now, will you consider to implement it in to future version?

If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.

Hi

#1 - Is it possible to re-open a closed ticket (user or/and admin)?


=> Admin can change the status of the ticket to re-open it. Just edit the ticket, and change status of the ticket (to Pending for example) and ticket will be opened

#2 - Is it possible to answer a ticket through the email, instead of loging in to helpdesk (user or/and admin)?


=> That might be something in the future. But to be honest, it doesn't have high priority in my list

Thanks for expanation.
For #1 re-opening a ticket from user point is this something that will come in a future release?
