Helpdesk Pro - Turnaround Time

Dear Tuan,

Is there a possibility of calculating the Turnaround Time (TAT) during the process of closing the ticket.

I intend to go with the third product of yours! My client requires this "TAT" - A calculation of time frame (days & hrs) between the submission and closing process of the tickets.

Unfortunately, the extension doesn't have that feature. However, I think you can customize it easy to have the feature (if you know Joomla programming).

I think i will take a developer about 2 to 3 hours to get this customization completed
