Link to User Registration Page from Login Page?

I don't want to allow Public Users to submit tickets.

When a user, who is not logged into my site, attempts to submit a ticket, it presents the Login page. That is fine, for those who have already registered on my site.

However, for someone who has not registered yet, there is no link on the Login page, to direct those users to the Registration page, so that they can register.

It would be good to have a link, on the Help Desk login page, to direct those who have not registered yet, to the Registration page.

Is this fairly easy to accomplish?

Update : The extension works as it should. The reason of the error is because on the site, the template which John is using has override which remove the links. We removed the template override and everything is working as expected.
