E-mail link to unregistered user

Congratulations for your amazing Component, its very nice and easy.
I have this issue, My ticket page is open when the unregistered user submits the ticket he receives an email, the link to visualize the ticket asks for password, but the form is public and I dont have any menu with register instructions.
The user should not be able to view your request by e-mail link?

If you allow public users to submit support ticket, he should be able to view the ticket without having to login using the link in the email.

In this case, there might be something wrong causing this issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin account of your site so that I can have a look at it and check it ?

i have the same problem i cant have my unregister user add comments to his tickects....

what i can do ?
