Include comments in the filter search

It is possible to include the "comments" in the filter search?

It is not possible. I am afraid of adding support for it will slow the search since the comment data is stored in different table. If you really want it, you can submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can edit the code to make it works for you !

Finally, had time to work on it yesterday and updated it to your site. If anyone wants to have the feature, please get this file, unzip it, upload to administrator/components/com_helpdeskpro/models folder of your site.

After that, it will work as expected.

this isn't working on my system, when I put some text in the filter the system displays a blank page.
