Hi,

I have many user on my joomla website. A simple user that can create a tickets, 2 staff members, and the super user.
When the simple user submit a ticket, only the super user can see it. In the configuration, the "Staff Group" is set to my staff group just created with my 2 staff members.

Why they cannot see the tickets, and why my super user cannot assign the ticket to one of them (plugin assign ticket enable).

I've forgotten to put the name of the manager in each category.
