Error when sorting Helpdesk Pro 1.3.0 categories

After I sort by categories and then click on the Save Order button the Joomla backend screen becomes corrupted and the following error is generated:

Error_ 0 SQL=SELECT id, ordering FROM [xxxx]_helpdeskpro_categories WHERE ordering >=0 AND parent = 0 ORDER BY ordering
