Commend not working was created by Thomassie
I installed Helpdesk Pro and like it, but the "Add comment does nothing.
Is there a way to remove it or is there a reason why it doesn't respond?

Hi

I believe the reason it doesn't work is because there is some javascript conflict. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you.
