Tuan:
The connected user can not put a ticket when entering the junction box displays menu. How should I do it so that the user can put a ticket without having to be logged on?. I configured to helpdeskPro displayed on the home page but shows no fields.

Fixed, if the user is not registered and therefore is not connected, the form has the field to reponder mail the ticket. However, if you are a registered user active session with the mail field is not listed because their data to respond and has HelpDeskPro
