No tickets appearing in back end for admins

Hello,

Need help quick,

I have set up a ticket system for a company, but i am running it on their behalf, I am the super user and their user accounts are in the "Administrator" group which has back end access.

None of the tickets created can be seen by them in the back end or front end for that matter, Why?
