Content plugin / blank page

When I use Helpdesk Pro content plugin I get blank page.
Any idea what is it the problem?

Thank you for your solution. After this resolving this problem new one accured.

I have "USE HTML EDITOR" in configurations to NO and its still apear on the site.

Maybe for future realise's of the plugin would be nice if we can ad an category ID to the sintax so that just this category form apeare in the article.
