Submit when clicking the calendar of custom field

Hello,

I've just installed Helpdesk Pro and created my first category and custom fields. I have a problem when using the submit ticket function from the front end: when I click the calendar icon to select a date, instead of showing the calendar the ticket is submitted even if the required fields are not filled in.

Is there any config step that I missed? I'm running Joomla 3.2.0 and the timezone is Madrid, so maybe is a matter of having the wrong version or localization.

Is there anything else that I can check?

I think the reason is because there is some javascript conflict on the site and it causes the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of the site? I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !
