The Message Box was created by Bobbi
I've created custom fields, and do not need or want the default message box that shows up. Is there a way to remove that or maybe at least rename it?

Hi

You cannot remove the default message box. You can only change title of that message box. Please go to Helpdesk Pro -> Translation, you can easily find the text and change it to meet your need !
