Assign Ticket not Working was created by Ben
I am running version 1.3.0 on of HelpDesk on Joomla 3.1.5. I am unable to assign tickets to users via the back end. When i Load the ticket, the loading visual for the assign ticket portion is continually scrolling. I can select a user, but when I click the assign button, nothing happens.
I have confirmed that the Assign Plugin (version 1.1.1) is installed and enabled. Please advise.

I am really for could not reply to this question earlier. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve this issue for you ?
