Not all tickets are showing up in the backend

Every once in a while I get a ticket that
1. Comes through to my email
2. Can be replied to in both directions from me and the customer (when linked from the email)
3. That I can see in the CSV export

But it does NOT show up in the backend.

Any idea what could be going on. Maybe happens with 10pct of tickets

Apparently only tickets that have not been responded to show up in there unless you drop down and select all. My bad. Thanks to no one for helping me with this :)

Hmm

Not sure why I missed this question from you :(, really sorry.

By default, when you replied to a support ticket, it will change status to "Require Feedback" and it will be hided in the list so that you can focus on the other tickets.

So Yes, if you want to see the tickets which you responsed, you will need to choose All from ticket status dropdown. Do you think that it is good or you still want to show the responsed tickets ?
