Custom Sorting fields

Hi,
I dont see an option to sort the fields the way my client needs. Currently, it is displaying fields in a random order, but I need them to appear in a specific order.

How can I do that?

Hi

As I replied, you can go to Helpdesk Pro -> Custom Fields, click on the header of order column. After that, you can change ordering of the custom fields !
